As a nurse-led, registered provider, we offer high-intensity care for complex needs such as acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy, and neurological conditions. Our experienced nursing team assesses individual requirements, ensures proper training for support staff, and oversees high-complexity care.
Tailored Support Services
Our nursing staff work with each individual to create a personalised care plan, aligning with their goals, needs, and preferences. Trained support workers assist with daily tasks, medical needs, and specialised services, promoting both autonomy and safety.
