Supported Care’s transparency, clear and open communication and calm team under pressure. They’re easy to work with and don’t make anyone feel rattled if there’s an emergency. The team makes people comfortable, explaining things calmly because this is how they lead their teams. Fast crisis resolution is also a plus.

They’re easy to deal with on every level, from management through to client engagement to area managers. They do their best with the available funds. 

When people go there, they’re often looking for accommodation and Supported Care have a variety of options on hand. If they don’t have what someone needs, they’re willing to look for it.

Easy to talk to professionally. They’ve never found it hard to approach Supported Care with anything. They’re very patient and very flexible when it comes to changing support times and schedules. They do the best they can with last minute requests.

I admire that they take people who are quite complex and try to come up with innovative services and different ways of supporting them when they can be exceptionally challenging. It’s a skill shortage (e.g. being able to deal with personality disorders) and some organisations struggle to work with the negatives that come with dealing with complex disorders like this.
